Craig Duncanson, the managing director, is a proud Bunurong man. The Bunurong people are from the South-Eastern Kulin Nation.
Weld-Fab Custom was established to deliver high-quality welding, fabrication and structural steel services while creating opportunities for Aboriginal people and communities through employment, training and economic participation.
Craig has worked extensively with Victorian Traditional Owners and Aboriginal communities over many years, supporting employment and economic engagement initiatives. His experience and commitment have helped shape the values of Weld-Fab Custom.
The company’s vision includes creating opportunities for the next generation through work experience, apprenticeships and skills development for local Indigenous people across the Geelong and Bellarine region.
